Chloé Bren Price was born on the Llano Estacado, near Pettit, Texas, and has done studies in the Americas, Europe,
Morocco, China, Hong Kong, Bali, Java, Bhutan, Thailand, and India. Inside the Wind, a book featuring Bren Price's prose,
poetry and paintings demonstrates her philosophy, "I believe creative expression is the pathway to human liberation, and
one must ever evolve and change in order to grow toward peace within." Of New Mexico, she says, "The openness and 'big sky'
